And so it begins (…again!)
Today is my first day of another transformation attempt. My diet has gone well and I am just about to do my first workout with weights for 3 years so that will be interesting! Over the course of the coming weeks there will be many additions to this site as I put things online including my exact diet plan for each day and details of all my exercise. My initial goal is to lose a stone in weight (14lb) by 20th Dec so I have about six weeks to do that. What will be different this time is that I am better prepared. I have a planned fixed diet for each day up until the end of my first goal. I am breaking things into achievable chunks to lose a stone in 6 weeks is perfectly realistic. I am not focusing beyond that at the moment as it is not necessary I have a goal and that is what I am going to stick to. Wish me luck and have a great day.

I’m supporting this idea all the way! I can not imagine who would disagree with it. On the whole - make posts like this more often.

I’m in a difficult situation. Confused. Why would anyone write this kind of material? What’s the point?
